He Will Guide Us

 Psalm 32:8
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

Life is a journey, and we need a compass to help us navigate along the path that is set before us. So many things happen that we don’t know what to do. Some of the things that happen are of our own making, and other things fall across our pathway unexpectedly. We do our best to do what is right, but still find ourselves not knowing what to do next. We seek the face of God and beseech Him to show us the way. We all have our own personal journey, and our destination is to make it to Heaven. The path and decisions we make on this journey determine where our destination ends. It is so important that we know that we are on the right path and doing what God desires us to do. Finding the right path starts with knowing that our hearts are right with God. That Jesus has forgiven us of our sins, and we are reconciled to God through the blood of Jesus. Our journey must begin with knowing that Jesus is Lord of our life, and we fully surrendered to His will. David acknowledged that his sins were forgiven and covered by God before he prayed for God to teach him and show the right path. God promised David that His eyes were on him and He would guide him through. This is our consolation. He has never failed to work all things out to His glory. We must trust Him to guide us all along the way.
