Life Eternal- Thankful

 John 3:15 
That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life

I’m THANKFUL for eternal life. That there is life after death. Heaven is not a fairy tale, but is a real place. A place where we will live with Him forever and forever. Because our names are written in the Lamb's book of life, we can see God face to face. Because we have been saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, and the oil of the Holy Spirit has filled our vessels, we are prepared to enter the gates of heaven. Jesus said, “Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.” Jesus said, “Many will say to me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name have you done many wonderful works?” Life eternal is only secured by those who have been saved through the blood of Christ and are living according to His commandments. The world likes to believe that there are many ways to eternal life, that having a sincere motive and living a good life is all that God requires. Many in the world are critical of Christians, who believe that Jesus is the only way to have eternal life. But we stand on the truth of God’s word. Jesus said it, and I believe it! On the day of judgment when we all stand before God, we will give an account of the life we lived. God and God alone will judge rightly. Until then, we lift the Name of Jesus to the World, and proclaim that in Him is everlasting life. I’m THANKFUL for the hope of eternal life.
